BRIEDA’S DYNAMIC CONTROL STATION
ROCK SOLID. CUSTOMIZABLE.
EASY TO MAINTAIN.

The universal floor fixing point enables the installation or adaptation of Brieda Cabins DYCS for each type of cabin.

The possibility to easily access the back electrical box through a door makes the DYCS maintenance extremely rapid and easy.

The structure is extremely robust and provided with a shock-absorbing system, tested for over 5.000 hours of intense work.

All DYCS control stations are completely customizable according to operator’s needs, highly ergonomical and can be equipped with I/O interfaces.
ADAPTABLE TO OPERATOR’S NEEDS:
ADJUSTMENTS
AND MEMORY IDENTIFICATION
SYSTEMS
The Brieda Cabins Dynamic Control Station has many possibilities for seat and controls adjustments that can be saved in specific configurations for each operator. Thanks to the Memory Identification System, these option configurations can be saved directly in the control station and data can be transfered via PLC to the Terminal Control Room database.

2 MODELS FOR DIFFERENT NEEDS:
HARBOR / INTERMODAL
Brieda’s Dynamic Control Station is available in 2 different models specifically engineered to fullfil the requirements of harbor and intermodal terminal applications.

ERGONOMIC CERTIFIED
CONTROL STATION
The ergonomic features of the Dynamic Control Station have resulted to be compliant with DTA01 TECHNICAL REGULATION and ST01.03 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS – level: ‘’Ergonomic Certified**’’, and with the application of ergonomic requirements for the following standards:
- UNI EN 1005-3
- ISO 11226 / UNI EN 1005-4
- ISO 11228-3 / UNI EN 1005-5
- UNI EN 1335-1

EFFECTIVE BECAUSE
SCIENTIFICALLY TESTED.
Brieda Cabins, in cooperation with ErgoCert – International Accredited Body for the Certification of the ergonomics features in the professional and consumer products, processes and services –, with the Department of Biomedical Technology at the University of Milan and EPM – Research Unit-Ergonomics –, has developed, in the last ten years, a program of biomechanical studies on the control station’s operator.
Measurements, taken positioning the sensors on the most stressed muscles have highlighted the need to elaborate a new design for the control station, aiming to improve the back position and lighten the mechanical load on the arms.
The DYCS efficacy has been proved with high-level inertial instrumental evaluation tests, placing the electrodes on the areas interested by the research, with the aim of evaluating in detail the muscular contractions and the stresses due to the operator’s postures.
Comparing the traditional working method with Brieda Cabins DYCS system, there has been positive results for all the anatomical areas taken into account, from back to neck, from shoulder to forearm, with a reduction of over 60% of the muscular stress, in particular in the lumbar district.
