The analyses performed by Egocert – a spin-off of the University of Udine – demonstrate the effectiveness of the UAV ERGONOMIC REMOTE CONTROL DESK Brieda Cabins in offering operators the following advantages:

MVN Biomech analysis system
The tests have been performed on 3 operators who have been selected on the basis of their height:
• average height 159 cm
• average height 168 cm.
• tall 188 cm.

The MVN Biomech (X-Sens) inertial movement analysis system has been adopted for the instrumental measurements. The system consists in 17 integrated sensors (accelerometers, gyroscopes, etc) located in appropriate positions. The system allows the movements and the posture of the operators to be faithfully reconstructed for the entire time-span of the tests.
